3.Now cut away a wide square all around your file folder, and turn it over.Gently wipe away any bubbles that may have formed from the surface, using a clean ruler. You’ll need to allow your folder to dry for 10 minutes or so.

4. Making sure the glue is dry,now turn over your folder making the front side visible. Using your craft knife remove any excess paper making sure to follow the edge of your folder. Hey presto, your decorative file folder is ready for use.
